Timoteo Hikmat Beylouni was a Syrian-born Venezuelan Syriac Catholic hierarch who served as the Apostolic Exarch of Venezuela for the Syriac Catholics starting in 2011. Born in Syria and later serving in Venezuela, he dedicated his life to his religious vocation within the Syriac Catholic Church. Throughout his tenure as bishop, he provided spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the Syriac Catholic community in Venezuela. He passed away at the age of 80, leaving behind a legacy of dedicated ecclesiastical service. His life and career marked an important chapter in the history of the Syriac Catholic Church in South America.
